Monica is a wonderful teacher. Her studio is great for all levels. All of the instructors really care and pay attention to you. The studio is very peaceful and clean. Highly recommend.

Love it here! Monica is wonderful, the hours are flexible and convenient for everyone. I feel so good and relaxed after, and my back and neck pain is basically all gone!
