Had a terrible experience, tried to get a refund on some terribly done nails, they refused. They only offered to redo them but I'm not going to trust them to do it again. Had to threaten to sue...

5 stars best nails in Marin! Sophie is gentle and thorough, I have been going to her with in the last year. I notice they last longer than any other salon too. Highly recommend!!!

Treated rudely. First pedi if the season. Needless to say, I had dry feet and cuticle overgrowth. Made to feel like a I was a monster. I will go back to Montecito nails as the costumer treatment...
