Sooky Goldman Nature Center offers public photowalks led by experienced photographer and docent, who has been capturing the beauty of the natural landscapes of Los Angeles since 1991. With a focus on both the unique flora and fauna of local parks and the architectural elements familiar from Hollywood films, these walks provide an opportunity to explore and appreciate the rich diversity of the region.

The monthly excursions take place in the scenic Franklin Canyon and King Gillette Parks, allowing participants to immerse themselves in nature while honing their photography skills. Through the use of infrared and traditional color photography, attendees are encouraged to capture memorable moments in the breathtaking environments of this iconic area.
