As "Ziad B." mentioned in reviews below, is true Tai does not introduce himself. He called me from down the hallway I had to look who was calling my name. Tai probably doesn't like his job anymore...

If I can put no stars I would. I called to try and schedule an appt spoke to Angie was not helpful didn't want to schedule when I told her there's an Auth from insurance since they don't have it...

Always not rushed and always am told of the latest in hearing aids. I had lightly recommended the Fountain Valley location for both new hearing aids and cleanings. This is Very professional...
