Established in 1964 and based in Sebastopol, Calif., Sonoma Horticultural Nursery specializes in growing rhododendrons and azaleas hybrid and species. The nursery also carries a wide selection of shade-loving trees, shrubs and perennials. Some of Sonoma Horticultural Nursery s botanical species include companion plants, big tree inventory, clematis, dogwoods, magnolias, hostas and viburnums as well as different varieties if camellias during the season.. The nursery and gardens are open all year and is open to for tour on its eight acres of demonstration gardens.

This place is amazing. It's a large plot that takes time to explore and traverse. This is the perfect place for learning about new plants, for example, azaleas and even dogwood bushes/trees....
