History

What started as a pop-up Hamburger & Hot Dog take out business by Gravenstein Grill is now a full stand alone restaurant in Sebastopol, CA! Chef Simontacchi & team spent the winter of 2020 perfecting the art of the smashburger. Using locally sourced beef from Bodega Bay & Petaluma, local produce, and house-baked buns, they've done it. Along the way they added Straus soft serve, Sonoma County Hot Dogs, and craft beer & wines. Come in and try a smashburger Sonoma style!
