Sonicwall support does not exist. IF you get a live person they are normally not helpful. We no longer need our non operating Sonicwall router and had just renewed the 1 year service 4 months...

I have a sonicwall NSA 3500 The firewall as a whole works pretty well but the access points fail. They drop packets and get over loaded easily. Sometimes they even disappear. Sonicwall support...
