In 2012, Anna and David deLaski started Solminer to fulfill a dream - to create well-balanced California wine from their Los Olivos vineyard and share their love for Austrian varietals. Anna and David are real people making real wine. They don't have a corporate marketing strategy that drives decision making. They farm, ferment, and package wines based on what they like and who they are.

Great tasting natural wines, friendly service, and located in the center of Los Olivos. If you're doing a little wine tasting walk like we were. This is a must stop to try while in Los Olivos!
