We we're at a winery and had some incredible wood fired pizza...The business was born! We found a mobile wood fired oven manufacture in Boulder, CO where they import the oven from Italy, we designed our oven to do private parties, weddings, wedding rehearsal and wedding after parties, nice winery events such as wine club member release parties, winery concerts and the list goes on. Still one of the best pizzas around. Love the mushroom pizza. It's so good I crave it.! I've only seen them at Campos Family Vineyards, but I believe they do events all over.
