This place cant communicate, they lost my kids birth certificate claiming they didnt have it. They have contradicting employee provided information, awful.

Social Security Office is very helpful, the employees there are very friendly & courteous. I was able to get my replacement I.D. & able to update my Social Security benefits without any problems.
