My specialty is in the treatment of individuals suffering from excessive anxiety. I provide an environment and relationship in which to explore the factors which have contributed to and maintain poor self-esteem and avoidance behavior. I also believe in working with my clients collaboratively to develop practical solutions to their barriers to satisfying relationships and a sense of self-efficacy. In addition to my specialty I also have training and experience working with clients suffering from OCD, depression, traumatic experiences, anger issues, grief and unsatisfying relationships.
