It brings us great gratification that we are able to serve you something we love. "Sobo Ramen is the first Japanese inspired ramen shop brought to the East Bay in 2012. We offer a 24 hour rich and creamy pork bone broth made with local non-gmo ingredients, an original Sobo creation Black Garlic Mayu, and our in-house crunchy and bouncy noodles.
