I loved this place more than anything. Word on the street is that landlord (as with other tenants) is a nightmare and raises rent all the time. They were forced out of business and I still am...

A small [smoothie] for $4.69? Really? A bit pricey for a smoothie; sure, it may fill you up, but still, $4.69?? That should have been a price for at least a medium. The smoothie itself? Not...
