Dr. Wolfe, the original owner, has taken personal pride in being a small business owner in the community for over 30 years. A reflection of this is that most of his employees and patients have been with him for over 20 years. Some patients have been with East County Urgent Care since our opening in 1982 and are now bringing their children, and in some cases, their grandchildren to us! In 2003, Dr. Wolfe decided to open Smooth Image. His staff strive to provide quality medical spa services in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. We take pride in providing a personal experience with our patients. Smooth Image provides skin treatments, laser hair removal, and botox treatments.
