Smokehouse41 is paving the way for Fast Causal - California style BBQ. We are the first fast casual restaurant located in Oakhurst California at the South gate entrance to Yosemite National park. We offer quick service with quality BBQ smoked meats and house made sides. We keep our menu simple so we can focus on excellence. Our meats and sides are prepared daily giving our guests the quality they deserve. Our famous trip-tip is smoked then reversed seared on a bed of hot coals. The brontosaurus rib ( giant beef rib) is a popular item that can feed up to two people and the brisket is smoked over 14 hours and melts in your mouth. The popular Twice baked potato casserole is warm and filled with cheesy goodness that will bring you back for more.
