Smart Bodies was founded in 1991 as an independent company that provides clients with comprehensive health and fitness programming. Independant and Sustainable: My passion is to empower individuals by unlocking their secret successful movement to optimally meet their individual fitness and health goals. Utilizing the principles of Applied Functional Science AFS there are no limits and endless successful avenues to condition, lose weight, improve posture and or prevent injury. You will receive specific techniques and strategies catered to meet your specific goals. The end result is to make you independant and sustainable to partake in the activities you enjoy most with an occasional movement assessment, to keep any detours ( potential injuries) at bay.
