I started doing this run in March after I was cleared to run after my surgery on my ankle in October. It's a good way to meet people and stay motivated to run even during the hot summer months....

As much fun as you can possibly have running. We meet at New Helvetia on Thursday evenings, almost year round. Run 5 k at any pace you like, then go back and have a beer. Free orange shirt for 5...
