HistoryJohn Bazacas has been a cornerstone in Southern California's physical fitness industry. John started his career as manager / trainer of the legendary George Redpath's Gym in Los Angeles. It has been said that his son, Tom Bazacas (manager of the NBAC), could be seen climbing the rope by the age of four. It was in these early years that John realized the satisfaction he gained in helping others achieve physical strength, self-esteem and general well being. In 1961, John moved his family to Corona Del Mar and opened Milo's Health Club. John's desire for Milo's was to open a health club that emphasized camaraderie and proper instruction within a safe environment.
