The absolute worst! If you expect anything except terrible service after your test, you're be correct! Don't keep promises, don't return calls as promised and don't help with replacement...

They don't answer their phone or return phone calls. I am still waiting for a response from them about my results. I left my pillow there and I can't get it back cause I can't get ahold of them....
