The installation men were very professional and quick at setting up our new bed. They set up the remote and both of our cell phones to the new bed.

The bed worked fine for a while, then one side kept leaking. We paid $100 to have a sleep number tech come out for 5 minutes and tell us we needed a new pump. Then we never heard from them again....
