Sisters of the Presentation

Sisters of the Presentation is a Catholic religious organization, working for justice and structural change in issues related to women, children, immigrants and ethnic communities. Based in San Francisco, Calif., the religious organization serves people throughout California and Central America. It collaborates with Presentation Sisters in North America and around the world in ministry, justice projects and educational programs about global conditions and issues. The religious organization s sponsored ministries include Presentation High School, San Jose; Presentation Retreat and Conference Center, Los Gatos; Learning and Loving Center for immigrant women, Morgan Hill; El Proyecto de las Rosas literacy center, Tipton; The Lantern literacy center and SafeHouse, a residential program for women seeking to leave prostitution, San Francisco.
