Chef Kyle Connaughton and his wife/farmer Katina Connaughton bring you SingleThread. The restaurant's ten-course tasting menu is driven by the couple's farm and personalized to meet the needs of their guests. With five guest rooms above the restaurant overnight guests enjoy luxurious amenities and an exclusive breakfast. Authentic hospitality is a driving principle at SingleThread. "When you come here, whether you're dining in our restaurant or spending the night upstairs, we want you to feel like a guest in our home," Kyle says. Awards & Distinctions: 3-Michelin Stars, #37 World's 50 Best Restaurants 2021, Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award 2021, 2021 Forbes Health Security Verified, AAA 2020 Five-Diamond Award. Restaurant bookings are released for the following month on the 1st of every month, at 9 am PST via Tock. Overnight Inn stays may be booked on our website, up to 3 months in advance. In-room dining options only available to overnight guests of our inn.
