1 star; I have been a customer here since August 2019 and I've been fairly happy, I had a question so I called and got the "manager" on Monday. Things went from pleasant to ugly rather quickly....

Our Cypress storage facility at 9141 Valley View Street is located just South of Lincoln Ave, kitty corner to the Cypress Swap Meet. We are also right across the street from Cypress College, so, students take note for summer storage.

We moved in November 2020, since then they've raised my rent 3 times, stolen items from me & told me they couldn't guarantee that it would happen again. And funny how they broke into my unit...
