Bad shuttle service. Takes forever. They should at least have 3 shuttle going when it's lunch time. Because you can't promise 10-20 mins wait time when it's not. Average wait is 1 hr.

QR code didn't work, had to ask the attendant at a neighboring lot how to get in. No attendant when leaving, so same problem getting out. Shuttle took an hour too.
