Simply Fit San Diego

History

My passion is to increase my local San Diegans' quality of life. My father's health began to decrease, and I started showing him some simple exercises. His improved movement and capacity sparked the start of my pursuit to bring fitness techniques and plans to others around me. I've always served: my country as a Marine, my community as a Probation Officer, and my city as an EMT/ Beach Lifeguard. Now I have found my true passion of bringing others to better health. With the National Academy of Sports Medicine's CPT certification, a background in the Marines, the San Diego Lifeguard Division, and the Probation Department I have always brought fitness to others.

While delivering your individualized, evidence based fitness routine, you can feel confident with the flexibility to take these exercises anywhere.
