History

Silvertrack USA began in 2009 with the desire to address the constant challenge presented by a lack of parking in dense, over-populated areas throughout Southern California. Silvertrack USA is unique in the way it approaches private parking management. With a web-based software that provides real-time reporting as well as a state-of-the-art LPR (license plate recognition) system, Silvertrack USA is there to address the many needs of private communities after normal business hours. Our technology builds accountability and provides paperless reports that keep owners and management aware of what occurs at their properties and assets after hours. With Silvertrack USA's comprehensive parking and security management program, our goal is to educate residents on the community rules and guidelines while at the same time providing excellent customer service and thereby increasing resident satisfaction and retention.
