HistoryI graduated from UC Berkeley Law School. I worked for Safeway Stores (Real Estate and Finance Dept.), then two law firms where i was a partner. Since about 1985 I have been a solo practitioner, sharing space with 7 other attorneys. I taught continuing education classes in new legislation for about 20 years. Since 1999 I have been certified by Martindale-Hubbel the pre-eminent rating firm as A V rated meaning highest 2% for ability and ethics,SpecialtiesMediation, estate planning, nonprofit organizations and real estate law.
