118 Gray Ave
Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Gallerie Silo, located in Santa Barbara's Funk Zone, is a unique art gallery housed in a historic feeder silo that once supplied flour to the Weber Bread factory. After years of being empty, the silo was refurbished in the early 2000s and transformed into a vibrant space for contemporary art. In 2016, Bonnie Rubenstein took over the gallery and named it Silo118, paying homage to the iconic silo and its address on Gray Street. Today, Silo118 showcases a diverse range of painters, photographers, and mixed-media artists, both online and in its brick-and-mortar location.

With a focus on promoting emerging and established artists, Silo118 offers a curated selection of artwork that captivates and inspires. The gallery's commitment to showcasing the best in contemporary art is evident in its carefully chosen roster of talented artists. From abstract paintings to stunning photography and innovative mixed-media pieces, Silo118 provides a platform for artistic expression and fosters a vibrant creative community in Santa Barbara.

Michael Armour has a unique style that is entirely his own. The gallery is small and intimate. The opening was well attended and everything was lovely.

My husband I parked outside this gallery to take a look inside. I guess we parked where his employees park. So, the owner can out and shouted at us "I don't get 'you people' you can't park here"...
