We started as a BBQ competition team and because of growing demand for our food moved into the sales and catering side of BBQ

Award Winning, authentic, real wood smoked BBQ, cooked low and slow to ensure the best possible product. We offer cooking onsite or offsite depending what you prefer. We have vegan and vegetarian options available as well. We can do Whole Hogs, Seafood Boils, Fish Frys and have other seafood options as well to compliment our menu of traditional BBQ meats and side dishes. Ask about our Holiday Menus. We are outdoor cooking enthusiasts with deep backgrounds in not only BBQ but seafood, creole/Cajun, Italian and Desserts
