History

Signature CPA's began as Kerr's Tax Service. Dale Kerr had a mobile tax service business in the Richmond area in 1943. He did tax returns at the Richmond docks for only $2 a return. In 1944, he established Kerr's Tax Service in Richmond, CA. The business later moved to El Cerrito in the 1980s. In 2016, we refreshed our look and we are now Signature CPA's.
