A group of us decided to go golfing at a friend's new dig at Martis Camp near Lake Tahoe so we chartered a couple of planes and flew out of Signature in Van Nuys. The service here is very nice....

Not sure who is running fuel service but this is an absolute joke. Called an hour ahead which is what I usually do for fuel. Fuel hadn't arrived after hour 20. Called again to be hung up on....
