Worst complex I've ever lived in. The units are NOT updated and they will try to hustle you so make sure you view the unit before moving in. I've had nothing, but issues since I've lived here....

New Owners SUCK! Just chopped down SOOO many of the beautiful trees that the tenants loved for years and years! The trees that shaded tenants from the scorching triple digit California summer...

These apartments lack storage and are in serious need of upgrades. Repairs are constantly needed. My stove is over 30 years old and they can't get proper parts. They also flood the property...
