Sierra Lakes Elementary

Sierra Lakes Elementary School serves more than 650 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school has a library that offers a collection of over 7,000 books, resource materials and reference sets. It also provides classes in reading, math, writing, science and social studies. Sierra Lakes Elementary School employs a counselor, nurse and psychologist, as well as Title I teachers. In addition, the school offers after-school care programs to students. It administers the English Language Acquisition Program (ELAP), which is a supplemental intervention program that includes comprehension skills. Sierra Lakes Elementary School is located in Fontana, Calif. The school is a part of the Fontana Unified School District, which serves nearly 6,000 students and operates various elementary, middle and high schools.
