Came into Sierra Jewelry today to get a gold necklace and pendant fixed. Owner of the jewelry shop fixed the problem within a few minutes. When I asked how much, he said "it's okay no cost"....

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They sold me a 14kt ring that turned out to be 10k hen I took it somewhere else to get checked.. called them and the shorter of the 2 girls had a very nasty attitude with me...

Brought my chain in to repair a broken clasp and the nice gentleman in the front fixed it for me on the spot right before closing! Great service, i was in and out before i knew it ! Five stars !
