I never knew of this place until I went to Target which is the most scenic Target I've ever been. The path is very smooth, with no inclination so it's good or even better for biking or running....

Almost my daily walk. Best place to walk. Serene and diverse. It's next to the water and you can see the bridge. You can watch birds and squirrels passing around. Beautiful place.
