Nik founded Shorebreak Real Estate in 2013 emphasizing in prompt, honest and confidential service. Prior to opening his own brokerage Nik acted as an acquisition agent for some of the biggest hedge funds in San Diego, working on acquisition and disposition of assets secured at the San Diego Trustee sales. Nik has been easily able to help home buyers and investors secure property in one of the most competitive markets in history because of this knowledge. Sellers have gained an edge with Nik's guidance and understanding of the most efficient marketing strategies for homes, allowing properties to sell faster and increase overall returns on investments.
