After serving our satisfied customers for 25 years in Southland Mall, we moved in Jan 2016 to Hacienda Plaza on the corner of Hacienda and Hesperian in San Lorenzo. This place is horrible!! Brought my girls' Ugg to get fixed because the stitches from the back strap ripped off. Not only did they not fix the boot with the issue. They also ruined the other one...
