Shoal Creek Elementary School serves more than 650 students in kindergarten through grade five. It has a staff of over 35 teachers and nearly 25 support personnel. The school offers a variety of class placement options, such as two-year looping classes, multiage and straight grade level classes. Shoal Creek Elementary School also offers the English Language Learners program and gifted and talented education. The school s parent-teacher association publishes a newsletter and sponsors over 20 events, including fall harvest festivals, school assemblies and variety shows. It offers an extended student services program that includes arts and crafts and science activities. In addition, the school offers a summer program that includes fun field trips, special interest clubs and sessions by guest speakers.
