Well, customer service just isn't what it used to be, am I right? Tried for days to order online a new watch strap and the website concerning shipping certain items to California is horrendous....

The staff were super helpful. The small sized dog bed was sold out, yet they managed to locate it in another state. Our pup loves his new bed and it looks great in the room. Thank you!
