Nails 2 Envy was established in 1997. We became Shine Nail Lounge in 2018 and changed locations to 2126 Soquel Ave in Santa Cruz.

Stopped to take a look the lady working there seemed stuck up didn't greet me and sister. Never have I felt racially profiled before like on this day. She gave us a "we only help whites" kinda vibe.
