History

I earned my Massage Therapy certification in 2015 and began working for a couple of local Monterey and Pacific Grove spas to learn the way they service their clients. I became adept at delivering Spa massages with light, medium or deep pressure, and giving relaxing spa treatments such as scrubs and wraps and some energy work as well. (Polarity, Acupressure, Reiki, Reflexology, Craniosacral work) 2016 I traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to pursue study Nuad Bo Rarn Thai Massage, an ancient Thai massage practice combining Indian-style yoga movements and Chinese-style acupressure. Late 2017-2018 I returned to Thailand and earned my teaching certification for Thai Massage levels 1 and 2. I'm constantly in search of modalities and practices that will bring relief, relaxation and rejuvenation to my clients. I perform Sound Healing in connection with massage to bring about the most wonderful experiences for my clients, if that's what they chose. I have something for everyone.

I'm a certified massage therapist specializing in Therapeutic and Northern Thai Massage. I also teach Northern Thai Massage level 1 and 2, underwritten by the Thai Ministry of Health.
