History
My grandmother Naomi Louise Bradley was born and raised in McKinney Texas. I watched her with wide eyed amazement prepare her homemade sweet potato pies, when I was very young during the holidays. I couldn't get enough of them. When my grandmother died in '96', it was very hard for me to accept. So I would bake her pies to help me feel that she was still with me. And when I bake them I do believe she is, and the love that she put in them is also..

About My Company My name is Sheila, I'm the proud owner and operator of Sheila's Homemade Baked Goods. I started baking my grandmother's sweet potato pies and my mother's peanut butter cookies, over 18 years ago. I initially baked them during the holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving only. And I would give them away as gifts to friends, coworkers, and neighbors. A friend suggested to me that I have a really good product. And I should share the homemade deliciousness of my family's traditional sweets with others who enjoy homemade desserts. My grandmother Naomi Louise Bradley was born and raised in McKinney Texas.
