They never return calls, and even if you do have a rare occurrence that you actually get ahold of them they don't set up the things you discuss. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Do not do business with this agent. He doesn't know what he's doing and cost my daughter a ton of money. He lies and makes promises that he then doesn't keep.
