The Shawarma House Story For generations, our family has prided itself in creating food from scratch. Our story goes all the way back to the late 70s in the streets of Jerusalem. Our late father travelled on a tractor from village to village, offering locals wheat to make fresh flour at an affordable cost. This tradition of honest work, coupled with caring-for-community, continues to be our family's guiding principle. In addition to our two locations in Palestine, we are delighted to share our family's authentic recipes in California. From delicious traditional pizzas, topped with garden-fresh veggies, to our Original Shawarma Sandwich, featuring our hand-made flat bread, thinly-sliced seasoned tri-tip steak or chicken with a drizzle of hand-made tahini sauce, we are certain you'll enjoy every tasty bite!
