History

In 1974, Don Sharp joined the real estate community as a young real estate sales agent where he observed families trying to piece together the American Dream of homeownership. In 1976 he became a real estate broker and formed his own company. Over 40 years and several thousand transactions later he remains active in the company with a new generation of real estate professionals, (his wife Mavis, son Don Jr, and daughter-in-law Carolyn). Our philosophy in Property Management is that little things mean a lot and we strive to make life a little easier for our family of income property owners and renters. Our geographical service area includes both the counties of Tuolumne and Calaveras. Communities served includes: Twain Harte, Sonora, Copperopolis, Valley Springs, San Andreas, Angels Camp, and Murphys. For that reason we work to provide an array of property management solutions and services. Sharp Property Management manages a variety of foreclosed-assets, receivership assets, probate and estate assets that are available for purchase or lease. These assets include retail centers, office, multi-family, land, hospitality, retail, and industrial properties. When buyers are represented by corporate real estate departments and individual real estate brokers, we offer total broker cooperation, and a generous cooperating broker fee.
