Share Haus was born out of the need for a Wellness Studio in Sacramento, CA. It is a concept thought up by Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Sherilynn Sherrouse-Sakelarios of Re-New You. Currently a pop-up/mini version of the wellness studio in all Women's Gym, Figure 8, in Sacramento. We offer Infrared Sauna Sessions, lymphatic drainage activation tools, clean beauty products for sale, nutritional consultations, and a relaxing getaway space. In the future we plan to open a bigger space that will offer holistic massage, gravity colonics, juices, and a pop-up clean beauty store.
