This business grew out of two other businesses: representing clients in real estate transactions as an attorney and managing a private portfolio of residential properties throughout the Bay Area.

I care deeply for my clients; I want them to get the best investment they can and I want to protect them from liability. I sell homes and apartment buildings in and around San Francisco, the Peninsula, East Bay and Marin. I am a Bay Area native with strong connections and rare credentials. I was a lawyer that clients hired to sell large real estate portfolios and companies worth over $700M. I share this high-level negotiating experience with my clients along with my experience developing real estate and managing rental property. My home buyer clients know how remodeling can raise the value of their home. My apartment buyer clients know which buildings will maximize their profit and why. I work with both buyers and sellers and have access to homes that are not on the public market. One of my clients bought an apartment building last year and sold it this year for over $2M more.
