Cultura y Bienestar (CyB) is a mental health prevention and early intervention program based in Alameda County, dedicated to promoting wellness through individual and community resiliency. The program operates under the guiding principles of La Cultura Cura, focusing on community planning, decolonizing mental health, and strengthening cultural and linguistic diversity.

CyB is a collaborative initiative among three Latinx healthcare providers: La Clínica de La Raza, La Clínica La Familia Counseling Inc., and Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center.
