New easy-to-miss little spot in DTLA! Luckily walked by and saw the art from the outside, I just had to peruse. Decor isn't modern which is different from most coffee shops I see nowadays....

This is place is super convenient and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend getting a coffee and a notary at the same time. 5 stars!
