NEWLY RENOVATED!!! Clean, spacious, nice showers. Queen size bed. Owners very nice. Only thing I had a smoking room so at first it smelled a bit smoky, but it faded. Overall stay was pleasant.

Awesome motel if your coming to fresno for a visit. Its affordable, nice rooms and employees are super nice
